How many more do we need with Scouse connections, it’s like it’s a pre requisite for getting a commentating or pundit job , fucking pathetic , what has Steven Warnock ever achieved in the game that makes him an expert pundit ?

Have you seen those thick, black rimmed glasses the **** wears too when trying to look educated ..

They must have found them in the BBC wardrobe department underneath Danny La Rue's old dresses..

They did the job though, his IQ nearly doubled from 17 to 32..

However, the dozy bastard left them lying around as I noticed Dion Dublin had them on when commentating on MOTD..

His IQ also immediately shot up from 19 to 27..!

I want a pair..!

Honestly I'm more surprised they actually constructed a reply, rather than just give you the "Thanks for your feedback" bot messages.

Thanks for sharing. Controversial my arse.
All our goals are controversial with the msm, they don't like the fact we generally score more than everyone else and hate it even more when we net five and upwards in a game. The controversy is as fake as any of the stories and scandals they invent about City.

And an IQ of 93.20.

Indeed the report could have said Smith & Mings controversially haven't got a fucking clue about the rules of the game they're paid a fortune to be involved in & even when it's explained to them inexplicably carry-on chatting shit when it's broken down in simple terms to them in language a 5 year old on home schooling could understand.
See what they've done there is literally mis-used the word 'controversially' just like people always mis-use the word 'literally' : )

Talking about the bias in press coverage : have a look at the Express's Football Face Page. ( Free to view ! )
The main stories feature Lampard's sacking and we should acknowledge the two greatest football clubs in the Universe did play each other yesterday. So looking at "The Big 6" we have Tottenham coming in at 5th place with FIVE stories ; in 4th Place we have Liverpool with THIRTY-ONE stories ; in third place Chelsea with THIRTY-SEVEN ; in 2nd place surprisingly we have The Arse with a mighty FORTY-SEVEN plugs and in 1st place we have Manchester City... sorry mis-typed that ... Manchester United with SIXTY-SEVEN stories. Have Man City ceased to exist ?? Well' actually no, they do get TWO mentions .. "Premier League has woeful levels of trust as Man City Ownership questioned" and "Where can you watch "Cheltenham vs Man City". You can actually click on a Man City symbol to "refine" your search and on the "Man City" page you get 5 stories on Man City and to fill-up the rest of the page you get to read 25 stories on the famous Man Ure.
Aaaaah Well ...! That's the way it is, always has been and always will be .

I wasn’t but accept the drip theory to the likes of Murphy. Who are his paymasters, Sky?

I think, to me, its a big stretch that using the word big, instead of depth is a method, in relation to Manchester Citys football squad is an example racism against our owners. But thanks for explaining.

So when Khaldoon himself says "The attempt to damage the clubs reputation is organised and clear" Frank Sidebottom is still in denial or he's just being contrary...

Because a positive story about City will attract mainly our fans but a negative story about City will draw clicks from United and Liverpool fans, thus generating a bigger readership.
This is true and the TV ratings for the last 20 minutes of our match at Cheltenham will be huge and it won't be because of City fans.

About 20 years ago l knew an English teacher who took part in a study whilst at Uni which looked into the content and standard of three tabloids. The Sun, Mirror and Star.
They looked at things like vocabulary, syntax, use of punctuation and capital letters.
They concluded that the content of these tabloid equated to the following reading ages:
Sun 9
Mirror 8
Star 7
It seems to me that these levels have dropped further and that nearly all other papers have dumbed down as well.
The study also included the levels of gullibility in readers and what might capture their interest.
When JK Rowley got all kids reading her books l am sure that many kids were reading at a much higher level than their tabloid-reading, celebrity-obsessed parents.

You mustn't call him contrary he thinks it's insulting. There are quite a few on this thread who think that other 'businesses' and the media do not give us fair treatment.
In their spare time they stand outside hospitals shouting the COVID pandemic does not exist and in the evening they read articles from Holocaust deniers.

This is the Google Trends results when search terms Liverpool F.C., Manchester United and Manchester City are entered. The first graph covers the last year. The second is from 2004 to date. The highest search volume is used as a reference point.

It is clear from this that United has roughly double the number of Google searches than City, and Liverpool has as many as both City and United combined. You can see why nobody wants to upset the Liverpool fanbase, and to a lesser extent the United fanbase.

Removing City, and adding the three big London clubs you see that they all compare favourably with United over the last five years, with Spurs maybe benefiting from exposure due to their new stadium and the All or Nothing documentary.

The legend relates to the third graph, with City removed. (The maximum comparison is 5 search terms).

Just heard Pep in his post match presser from Saturday basically telling Mike Walters to stop being a twat although he said it differently.

I'll take that a little further. A City employee told me about the time, post a managerial press conference (might have been Mancini but it doesn't really matter) when they came across 4 journalists from the so-called 'red top' papers, all from different titles, discussing the line they were going to take in spinning something the manager had said.

And a senior club employee told me directly not that long ago that they know there is an organised agenda against us in the media and who's behind it.
