Offside rule changed after Silva's goal against Villa

Looks like they’ve tweaked the offside rule and the goal we scored against villa won’t stand anymore!

The power of Man City getting legit goal within the rules that been around for ever!

The outrage and the media reaction to it got soft arse Riley twitching and with and instance changes the rule!

If that goal was scored by the scum they’ll be no outrage no rule change!

It’s fucking Pathetic.

Pigmol changing another set in stone law/rule to “Interpretation” feels like a Chinese land grab tbh, they must hate these little loopholes that get exposed by those smart enough to see them

Haha i love how much piss we boil, a perfectly legal goal, the history clubs apply pressure and guess what , a perfectly good rule gets changed , more evidence that pigmol favour those in red , is there anybody left who doesnt believe how bent pigmol and their man at the head of the prem are ?

It’s taken seven days of media moaning to alter a rule that has stood for seven generations.
But altered it so that PiGMOB cheats can allow/disallow the goal dependent on who it was that scored it. That’s why there’s been an outcry, not that it we cheated, but the cheats couldn‘t bend the rules to prevent us scoring a legitimate goal like they have done so many times before.

Right everyone, what do we want changed next?
also must be a song and banner somewhere in the making.
Unbelievable

So if we were to go back to the point where Mings controls the ball with his chest,(if we use the new rules) how long before Rodri can be involved in play without being classed as offside?
No mention yet but apparently all clubs have been notified, I’d argue it was when he caught up with the other Villa defender who was slightly deeper than Mings, which means it’s still a perfectly good goal

By ‘interpretation’ we mean what result VAR have been instructed to produce. Need to remember Lim in Thailand has a few bob on the score

Maybe ive missed it in the "conversation"...but whats the difference to intercepting a back pass, for example?

An attacking player can be in an offside position and a defender can pass it back to the keeper, the attacker can intercept and score.....why is one allowed and not the other?
