Winning tonight might make them think they can play a bit of football against us...which would be nice for a change...

I think city have really got the bit between their teeth now. A clue for me was Peps pressers after the last two games where he mentioned having ‘humility‘ before the games...seems it’s kept the players grounded and made them stick to the task.
 
have to take this seriously and show that champions mentality of punishing our rivals slip-ups

It looked to me that they set up as a 5-3 2, but there was lots of room that a decent passing team could exploit

If we can score an early goal we'll run out very comfortable winners

If we don't, they may end up like tonight, throwing themselves in front of everything, but united were dreadful
 
As much as I am thankful and happy for Sheffield beating the rags, I can't see us defending like United so I don't see much chance for Sheff to get anything, maybe a 0-0, but if we score we'll win IMO.
 
Sheffield United will completely park the bus against us, I think they'll start Burke and Brewster to try catch us on the break, Then again I think we've found a way to nullify the counter attacks against these sort of teams.
For Sheffield United to get anything from us they will need to have a worldie from every single player and need enormous amounts of luck.

4-0 to City.
 
This has just become the biggest game of the season for us, a win for us and a defeat or draw for the Rags away to Arsenal and suddenly there is a 4 point gap and a game in hand over the Rags.

Leicester are the team we need to be wary of now.
 
They've not proved easy to beat in previous games so this may require a patient approach but that has often been the story of our season. As ever we need to make sure we don't give anything away on the break or concede daft set pieces.

Personally. with the way we are playing currently and the tightness of the defence, I don’t think we need to be too wary of anyone. We just need to remain focused and do what we are doing very well at the moment.
