Let's go all in and attack and press them hard! Fuck this Ferna-Rodri bullshit! Liverpool are tired and injury ravaged. Let's hit them hard!

Foden-Jesus-Sterling/Torres
Gundogan-Rodri-Bernardo
Cancelo-Stones-Dias-Walker
They play better against good teams. It's small teams they struggle with. Don't let their wobble fool you they are still a dangerous team.

team full of pressers (Dihno, Bernado, Foden Jesus, Rodri and Gundo).

I suppose you can drop Dihno for Sterling or Mahrez. Sterling historically doesn't play well at Liverpool and I'm not sure the value of Mahrez or Torres is greater than Dihnos.

But that's just me.

All I want is for Walker not be in the team. We have a way of playing with Cancelo at right back that is confusing teams and to bring Walker back in would disrupt this. Same team as last night except Phil foe Ffs please

Agreed. They still have players that can hurt us at any time during the game. Plus their is talk of Allison, Fabinho and Mane all returning for this so basically the spine of the team will be back.
It's going to be a lot tougher than people think it's going to be unfortunately.
We have to turn up like we have in the last two months and be professional, Going in all guns blazing isn't the way to go about this, The last thing we want is them taking the lead and gaining confidence.

We've won 13 in a row, they've not scored at home since Boxing Day in a draw against West Brom. They've also lost their last two home games in the league.

So look forward to losing 3-0 with long range goals from Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain and a Salah penalty.
A long range penalty? Are they taking it from their penalty spot?

Liverpool are unlikely to have enough energy to press us for 90 minutes. If it's still level before the last 15-20 minutes, we will probably win this game. So, I think our plan will be to be patient and controll the game while tiring them down, and then crank up the pressure. Of course, why not score first already in the first half?

Ederson

Walker
Stones
Dias
Cancelo

Rodri
Gundogan
Bernardo

Sterling
Jesus
Foden

Would be great to go there and make a statement with our performance. We were too cagey in our home game, now is the time to play the way we can.

I think we might go without a forward in order to control possession. LFC have to win this. We don't, so I think it could get tactical.

I would be surprised, given Jesus has 3 in his last 3, he scored the equaliser vs. Liverpool in the home match, and his work rate and dropping deep helps out the midfield as much as any false 9 would.

Same back 4 with the same tactics. Cancelo dropping into midfield to create a 3 at the back when we have the ball and a 4 without. Really clever by Pep and gives Rodri a bit more protection which is what he will need on Sunday.

I can’t see anything other than a win on Sunday. Feeling really confident.

Can you imagine the meltdown on RAWK if we go there and win with 75% possession.
There won’t be enough candles in the world to calm them.
Hopefully Raz will actually turn up now that there’s no crowd.
I agree with a lot of the comments earlier about not needing a designated striker. It causes the defence problems. Gabby may be off his game, but his work rate if brilliant.
Don’t think Mahrez is capable of delivering in this game. Robertson will own him.
A win and a clean sheet will see the dipper wankathon slapped in the face. We have more than enough firepower and capability to put 4 or more past them. Fingers crossed.
They will be up for this after getting humbled by a very decent BHA.
I will be putting a bet on that they get a penalty. It’s pretty much guaranteed.

Which is why i think they'll come out all guns blazing from the off, it's their only real chance.
They've blitzed us before and we were a goal or two down before we woke up but the damage had been done.
Pep knows this and i think we'll start the game quite conservatively, keep the ball & take the sting out the game
