This game is gonna be a lot tighter than most think, the red scousers desperately need the win we can afford the draw all the pressure is on them it’s possibly shit or bust for them, and with that in mind I’m gonna stick my neck out and say that a certain player who’s namesake was revered at anfield will bag the winning goal step forward Ferran Torres ..

If United, Leicester, WHU all can win before this game Liverpool will be under immense pressure to deliver and their next two games are Leicester away and Everton home. God I hope they go 3 games without a win now, that would really rile them up.

We need to convert our chances, no bullshit of missing potential pen or sitters.

Wouldn’t be City if there wasn’t a miss or ten. Still confident in the lads though.

Gundog gas been on fire, Bernie will be up for this against the tide marks

The difference will be Cancelo and the impact he causes in midfield making forward runs

Cant wait for this, super confident

i think this is now going to be a horrible scrappy affair with a lot of tactical fouling from the dippers....they are shitting their collective pants at the thought of us.

You know Klopp has managed to highlight the (little-known) fact that their team has had more time off, and bascially lied in the process. Is he really one of the best managers in the world jeez

Genuine question and point
Why do we always struggle at Anfield?
We haven't won there for nearly 20 years
What's the reason we always fail

Probably while Stones Dias and Ederson are still playing keep ball near the half way lane.
Now that would be funny,Salad and Mange,(not a mis-spelling),could play tripping each other up.
Still 2-0... We'll spend the entire second half watching Stones, Dias and Ederson playing keep ball near the half way line, racking up the passing stats while Salad and Mane dive around our area trying to get a penalty.

Didnt we have similar issues at the Swamp ? A couple of decades without winning and now we cannot stop winning there , if we keep on missing golden opportunities like Mahrez's penalty miss a couple of seasons ago it will be tough . But we will not have a better opportunity than Sunday , the Dippers play to the crowd in big games at Klanfield so we have nothing to fear but eleven red shirts on Sunday.

Just heard someone on 5 live, female but not sure of name, giving it the big Jurgen wound him up and Guardiola took the bait, and to be fair Jenas disagreed with her and spoke very fairly about us, as he usually does. The other person on the show was Sylvain Dystin, and he was neither anti or pro City, just very sensible, articulate and intelligent, unlike that thick ex red muppet Evra who Sly like to employ. Never heard Dystin speak before but I was really impressed
Check out Nedum Onouha's podcast with Distin. Really interesting travel through his career and he spoke fondly of City.
