If the wind was such a big issue, Klopp could have instructed the pitch staff to place wind breaks around the opposition’s penalty area, like when he told them just to clear the snow from one penalty area a couple of years back

Pablo ZZZ Peroni has answered this accurately. I can only add that Omar Berrada told us at a City Matters meeting on December 19th 2019 that ADUG's instructions were that City had to be financially self-sufficient. And we are, despite all the "bottomless pit of money" stories the media morons put out.

when the only thing Arsenal actually did was try, like Everton and Spurs, to knock 7 bells out of us.

The orchestrated campaign whenever we do well is tiresome.
