When we had our injuries, Pep played Garcia alongside Dinho/Otamendi.

Even with Ben Davies injured, Klopp could've chose from Kabak, Rhys Williams, Nathaniel Phillips. He does have options, he just doesn't want to play them. He has absolutely no grounds for crying when his existing depth is wank.
It's strange that no one seems to be asking questions about the lack of investment by Liverpool's owners. They have the fifth highest revenues in world football (higher than ours), relatively low debt, and owners who are investing hugely in their Boston baseball team. They won the CL in 2019 and the PL last year but since then (in four transfer windows) they have spent less than £90m in total on Jota, Thiago, Minamino and a few others. That is much less than most leading Premier League clubs.
Their owners spend a lot of time deflecting criticism by slamming City's owner for his strategy. But the lack of quality in their squad is an entirely self-inflicted wound. You would think some Liverpool fans would have worked out by now that they are being taken for mugs by the FSG group. JW Henry has manipulated the LFC fanbase. Their fans are projecting their hate onto City instead of scrutinising what is happening in their own boardroom.

They're skint mate. They're still working their big splurge on Allison, Van Dijk etc through their accounts and can no longer offset the Coutinho fee against them for FFP. Plus their wage bill is ridiculously high for the overall squad quality, they're paying the likes of Keita the same money as first teamers. Add in no ticket revenue and declining sponsorship money from matchdays and they don't have the money. Henry can invest if he wants but it's no use if they fail FFPR.

RAWK is a very interesting physiological read. It would be a great Subject for someone’s university degree, looking at the human psyche - the herd mentality, self delusion and other traits. Their thread on us is all about denial and accusations - we have cheated in their eyes by having investment, yet they deny the Moore’s investment is the same as the numbers were not as big - they also claim that us winning means nothing but they constantly use this trope to berate us - they also accuse our owners of being inhuman and having terrible human rights policies but ignore the fact that they are owned by Americans who basically treat black people as second rate citizens and start wars over oil and money etc.. The paper could also look at local identity and why a group of people from a city are so very different from any other people in the UK. It would be an interesting read / exercise imo. Anyway just my thoughts I will leave you with my final thought - Dipper fans are generally scum!

The scousers need to stop whining about no fan's. They actually were allowed 2,000 fans for a number of games so giving them an unfair advantage over clubs that weren't.
Despite their fans being directly linked to two big covid surges (Atleti game and title celebration/General rioting and affray)

Totally agree with what you have said, but its like most things that are an issue....they don't become and issue until things start to go slightly wrong.
When FSG came in we were just happy to be away from Hicks/Gillette, all the doom laden newspapers suggesting that we could go out of business. So the new owners came in and there was relief and hope that they could get us back to those former glories. The (mistaken) belief that they would be different from other US owners (Kroenke/Galzers etc) and would pump money into us with abandon.
We have to be happy for what we got and the big buys, but they are a drop in the ocean really in comparison to the investments in their other US based sports franchises.
The improvement and the hope ("It's the hope that gets you") meant everything was rosey...and being realistic apart from the last 2 months things aren't too bad, we are still going and there are always others worse off etc. The CL & PL wins made everything wonderful and it is only now that we start to see the cracks. the analysis does show that we do not have strength/quality in depth.
It does show that the policy of having 2 quality players in every position makes sense and with the revenues coming out of the PL now, there is nothing really stopping clubs from doing what City have done.

They are different from most people in their own city I would say. Pride themselves on being Scouse not English but are more than happy to break covid regulations whilst in a tier 3 lockdown and attack the emergency services as they try to respond to their attacks on innocent people. They try to brush these things under the carpet and deflect the blame as always. The police give them a free rein as they are too scared to call them out. So the behaviour goes unchecked and if you historically look at their behaviour anywhere they congregate in numbers there is usually trouble.
