decent side , not sure when sergio will get an opportunity , back to a false nine which has worked well in the past , obvioulsy KDB & Gundo cannot play in the same side so that will cause some piss boiling.

We need him to find his rhythm so a good decision to play him. It always takes a few games to get his fitness levels back and we will need him back to his best to have any chance of winning the CL. Would have liked to see Torres start but hopefully he will get some mins tonight.

I think they don't work well as 8s together but I think they could be both in the same side with KDB either wide right or false 9.

Its genuinely bizarre how many people think players should be dropped as a form of punishment.

We went through it with Bernardo for months, people batching every time he got picked because he wasnt in good form.

We have about 3 weeks to get Kevin De Bruyne back in peak form and match sharpness for the champions league quarter finals, League Cup final and FA Cup semi-final.

That isn't going to magically happen from the bench. He has to play and if the other 10 on the pitch can't pick up some slack when he's not 100% then we have much bigger problems.

Would have had stones in for Dias, Stones has been better and I think it might be a bit risky to continually rotate stones and laporte and not expect a drop in form from him if they're never playing more than say 2 games in a row. Wouldn't have played kdb either, he's not in the side based on form and we're shoehorning him in, nothing wrong ith him sitting on the bench for a bit and earning his spot. Other than that good side, glad to see Fernandinho and foden back in and sterling out and mahrez rightly deserves his place.
