Alarm at Barcelona: Laporta's financial agreement fails with Wednesday deadline - Football España
The election of Joan Laporta as the new Barcelona president was meant to herald a new era of tranquility and progress at the Camp Nou. However, little over a week after his election there is alarm at the club – as detailed by a report in El Periodico – that he is unable to make an […]www.football-espana.net
Audax must of agreed initially, maybe, just maybe a certain player has told Barca he's off and Audax have pulled the plug.So he's lost his proposed director of finance and now a financial backer has pulled out. All going smoothly.
If Laporta doesn't prove he has the 125m by Wednesday, he will have to step down and there will have to be re-elections.
This proves he hasn't been prepared from day one. It can't be a good thing for the rest of his tenure if he's having problems from the start.
Unless they pull money out of unicorn’s arse , it’s a cute thinking.Seen summat earlier, said Laporta wants a front 3 of Messi,Aguero and Haaland......dunno how they gonna keep a full squad happy with the wage cap, plus them 3....if true.
Also how the fuck they going to fit them all in to one teamUnless they pull money out of unicorn’s arse , it’s a cute thinking.
It really isnt and no player has ever come along like him previously.Love Messi, but it's a clear exaggeration.
You could be clutching at strawsAudax must of agreed initially, maybe, just maybe a certain player has told Barca he's off and Audax have pulled the plug.
You wouldn't fund a club who's biggest marketing tool has said he's off...or am I reading too much in to it.
Probably mate, just seems weird.......Jorge Messi flys to Barca yesterday(apparently) and this drops today. You could be clutching at straws
It's entirely true.Is that true? Can't be, can it, for that short a stint when pledging a long term plan.
I don't know the ins and outs and will beleive what those that know more say, just seems a bit illogical, that situation must have been known by all.
I like the way your thinking.Probably mate, just seems weird.......Jorge Messi flys to Barca yesterday(apparently) and this drops today.
Audax must of given Laporta the green light to begin with, then pull out a couple of days before he needs the money.
Hahaha....I'm going for a lie down now.I like the way your thinking.
You've got me wondering now
It's entirely true.
He needs to raise a further 70m euros by tomorrow otherwise new elections will have to be called. You have to raise 15% of the budget within the first 10 days. It's in the law.
Whoever was going to take over was going to be in for a shit time. They have over 700m of short-term debt to be paid.... over 420m euros has to be paid by the end of the year. Then, you have to try and resign Messi. He'll demand a big signing-on fee. He'll most likely have to be the highest-paid at the club, which be over 800k a week.... and then, they still have to pay Messi his 33m euros loyalty fee by June.
Messi wouldn't even be in Peps plans for a cold wet night in Stoke , rotation would be though .Brilliant goals last night but a cold wet night in Stoke?
