Indeed. On 32 points, with 9 or 10 games left, trying to figure out where we're going to scrape those 7 or 8 points from.

I'm more interested in what game we win the whole thing on, because it's just a given to me that we've won it.

The optimist in me says we'll win it against Palace.

The pessimist in me says we'll win it against Newcastle.

I'm still adjusting to this all conquering Manchester City team who appear to have divested themselves of the "typical City" label far more effectively than I have.

You're spot on though about enjoying it. If we can't relish what's happening at the club now we're seriously missing out on something special.

I guess it's subjective. I've got a few years on you and after a flurry of success when I was a kid and probably too young to appreciate it it was mainly decades of disappointment. No problem I had a blast travelling the country having a laugh. At times we were that crap that a win was an unexpected bonus.

I feel a bit more confident now we've tightened the defence and seem to not get caught on the counter as much, the flip side is we don't bang as many goals in so I fear the odd worldie or fluke pegging us back. I'm still s bag of nerves until we are at least two goals up, for me I guess that won't change

I am a bit superstitious so I will never tempt fate and say it's over until it's mathematically certain.

I think of it like a flight we are both on.

You’re afraid of flying and I’m sat next to you drinking a cocktail and binge watching a great series. We will both get to the same destination, it’s just I’m going to enjoy the ride a bit more than you.
 
I think utd draw one, lose one vs dippers (h) and spurs (a),
and Leicester (h) isn't a guaranteed win too.
That said they'd have to win the other 5 matches.

In my book that's them dropping 5 points minimum -> below 80 pts.

In other words, 66.3% of voters are superstitious chicken ;)
