Not sure if it's been leaked, or it's legitimately in the public domain, perhaps from FFP or accounts submissions? They don't do it for any other football leagues that I can see. It says its from 2020 wages payroll.

The site certainly seems legit it focuses on wages from elite sports players across the globe. I suppose the PL is the leading football league and of most interest?
FFP & the accounts will only be the total payroll (for all employees), data protection would ensure that no individual records would be freely available. I've no idea of the legitimacy of those figures but I'd have my doubts.

Corrected.

Not difficult to see why he was happy to play golf.

Golf is a good walk spoiled but I'll take up golf for that.

I'm not as ugly as Bale so I'm prepared to throw in some free appearances for the sponsors if necessary.

B in GCSE Spanish, haven't ever been to there, or used it since but there is half a chance I know more Espanol than Senor Bale.

;)

I still struggle to see how we will fund this size transfer.
Would have to smash our transfer fee record by almost double.
And even less likely, blow our wage structure out of the water, which we aren’t willing to do.
I agree with you on that especially with us feeling the covid pinch like the rest of the clubs

Completely agree. The wage demands being quoted are astronomical.

Better to get two strikers and spread the risk and still have change.

Not a chance the club will offer the wages rumoured in the press.

Yet all seems well with the deal and we seem very much to be in the running and at the head of the que.

He is young enough not yet to worry about money, if he keeps his head , form and continues to improve as a player, he will end his career with more money than he could possibly dream of and pockets full of titles.
