Quite correct all on here re booking. A stretch to say he shouldn’t be on pitch. No guarantee he would/wouldn’t have made the second foul. Personally thought first was dive and as such not a yellow as it’s only a yellow for being cynical/stopping progress. That’s not penalising a player who wants to go down.
