Miss Marple could have solved that one!
Pretty transparent. Parry thought his job at UEFA was done after City were charged, hence Evans writing that ludicrous article claiming UEFA had a cast iron case against us.
Parry was then dropped into the EFL before the CAS Judgement to give him ‘plausible deniability’ of involvement in the concerted attack on City by the G14 and also to push acceptance of Liverpool and united’s ‘Project Big Picture’ onto the 72 clubs outside the premier league.
Both Parry and Evans were aghast and left looking like the incompetent and corrupt idiots they truly are by the CAS decision.
This latest article is just another bitter, bad faith attempt to justify their shabby conduct.

Exactly, or even just reported on all the teams evenly to promote the whole product. Basic rule of life, change will come, adapt or die.
The broadcasters are making all the same mistakes the newspapers made when they faced the Internet threat. SKY and BT face being wiped out by digital platforms run by the clubs themselves. It is inevitable this will happen.
But SKY, in particular, continue to overcharge people for their products and do not provide enough choice for customers. To add to that they are smug and arrogant in the face of competition and they have made the biggest mistake of all by alienating the vast majority of football fans by building their coverage around the two most popular teams at the expense of everyone else. When they collapse it will be a very quick death and few will lament their demise.

Both Companies owed by Sky who do not have the rights for The Champions League so it doesn't exist to them just like The world Snooker Championship
It's true but how incredible that they would virtually ignore the biggest match of the season so far and the potential for an all-English CL Final. SKY are just not credible any more. They are fast becoming as irrelevant as the BBC which has almost no coverage of the country's biggest sport at all.
The amount of time devoted to football on the BBC, the nation's broadcaster, is absurd. The bigger the sport has become the less coverage it has been given. They used to have wall-to-wall radio coverage on Saturdays plus midweek TV coverage. What is the bloody point of BBC sport. They hardly even cover women's football either and the broadcast rights for that are dirt cheap. They have still got the boat race for all their Oxbridge chums though.

You’ll be pleased to know the contract to show the boat race on BBC ended with this year’s race.

How did they cover the Chelsea game? Was that given plenty of air time?
