Could’ve given it to anyone, which is often the case when we play really well. I chose Mahrez but it’s worth reflecting on how good our defence is these days. We’ve come up against Haaland, Kane, Mbappe and Neymar in recent games - basically most of the best strikers in Europe right now - and keep them all pretty quiet.

Thought 2nd half they were all brilliant, mahrez is our most dazzling player and stands out for it, thought walker, dias and stones were tremendous, kev and Bernardo excellent, zinc when he came on was brilliant as well, phil sparkled but maybe should of scored 2,I went for gundogan, he was immense 2nd half

All of Citeh. Everyone to a man. They all dug in, kept it 1-0, then 2nd half blitzed them. Cannot single out anyone but if i must it would have to Pep for getting tactics spot on. Look out Palace, we’re on the march!!

Dias was immense tonight. We were really under the cosh first half and many a good team would’ve folded but he fought and battled and led us through it.
