Rags feared losing to a rival team handing title to their neighbours, the red scousers probably thinking a win would see them giving the title to us and an embarrassingly poor title defence, today’s protests and disorder was a win win for both of them shower of cnuts knowing each has now no direct link in handling title to us ..

Fuck them both.

Very sweeping statement. Involved in law enforcement are you, indulge me?? Keyboard warriors on here make me laugh, ask them to stand in front of a baying crowd and they would be back on to their PS5's in no time. GMP, with the eyes of the world on them, and every mobile phone within a mile trained on them, have acted with restraint to the point where they have had to intervene. Gary Neville and The Spitty One have blatantly told lies about this being a peaceful protest, absolutely disgusting, they have seen first hand the physical injuries caused to those who are trying to keep the peace and have chosen to lie through their teeth. Any of you that think that they are not supporting the Sky propaganda need your heads testing. Any other team would have a ban and fine. Nothing will happen here and what sickens me is that we have sycophants within our own fan base, that perhaps have never stepped a foot in a stadium or worse still, that are so naive that they believe everything the Sky propaganda merchants perpetuate. Shame on you. This is plain and simple, Liverpool should be awarded a 3-0 victory and United receive a fine for the harm they have caused to law abiding citizens going about their business.
Don‘t disagree about the police - they were in a tricky situation and caught by surprise.

Don‘t see why the Dippers should benefit from the Rags riot today - that’s not fair on the the other contenders for the top 4. Make them play the match and punish the Rags by taking points off them. Can’t see it happening but it should

How were they caught by surprise should be the question though. Something like this kind of protest is not a spur of the moment decision and would have taken planning to bring that many people to the swamp and team hotel. So it had to be on social media somewhere. How so many were able to force themselves into the ground is also a concern and will need investigating.

i can only think that they were expecting a group of peaceful protesters and were not prepared for the level of violence or vandalism that occurred. I don’t go on social media but would be interested to see how this was organised- was the plan to break into the stadium or did the opportunity present itself?

You're not wrong Deano, plenty were crowing last night about postponing our crowning.
Both these clubs and much of the lowlife shite they attract are pure arrogant filth.

In all honesty though, they have hopefully done us a favour as we can now win it on our terms and celebrate accordingly..

Inside job without doubt, will be interesting to see how far up it went.

Not having that and refuse to give credit to any so-called United insiders who supposedly facilitated it. This isn't Line Of Duty ffs.

It's simply that entrances are open, services and people going in and out on matchday and the stewards underestimated the feeling and respond accordingly.

Yesterday is very damaging for United, for the fans there, the wider fanbase, all the way up through the club. Having a game postponed because of your own fans is an embarrassment.

Their fans were absolutely right to do what they did - I know, cos Gary Neville said so....

To be fair to Liverpool they must have feared being caught up in the violence. Who knows their coach might have been attacked !

Neville sees his club's fans as being the saviour of football when in reality if they were still in the title race they'd be gathering to cheer on the team bus yesterday, which by the way for me was 99% a Glazers protest and 1% ESL.

Dont worry pal...the season is long...the Buswreckers will get their day in the sun before the leagues over. In addition Nited have set the bar quite high, so theyll have to go some way to top that...I fully expect them not to disappoint (once CL qualification is out of the question of course, the real source of their pissed offness)

Any points deduction would have to operate from next season otherwise it would undermine the integrity of this season's closing weeks. The other clubs in the top four battle would sue for losing out to LFC. If any other clubs had been involved then the PL would have been under huge media pressure to act but that won't happen.

We all knew what was going to happen the day before so unless they are completely useless then the police must have also known.

How difficult would it have been to ensure there was no invasion of the stadium?

"Sky correspondent Frazer Maude said at no point in the afternoon had there been "any sign" of the players leaving their hotel.

And he added that when the postponement announcement came, there was "a huge cheer" from supporters.

He added: "Many of the fans wanted a postponement - they wanted to get their message across."

Postponement of 'The biggest match in English football' was their intention, & this is EXACTLY what they got! This wasn't about the ESL. This wasn't about the Glazers. This was all about stopping the possibility of losing to the Dippers at Old Toilet & handing the title to City.

It was too much to bear for those toothless, barefooth, Old Toilet knuckle-draggers. They just couldn't take that double-whammy in one day. Regardless of the consequences, it was too unthinkable to lose to the Dippers & hand us the title in one action on the same day.

I usually get harrassed by Rags at any City misfortune, but as of yet I've heard fuck all from any of them, aside from a couple I've bumped into who seem more than happy that a potential title win for City has been delayed, & that we've got an in-form Chelsea to overcome next weekend, which may put a spanner in our spokes. No mention of the ESL or the Glazers until I mentioned it, & then it was all about the Glazers but in a totally unconcerned fashion.

On another note, why can't their match be replayed tonight with added security? I've seen it done before, so why don't the PL order it now, or both teams forfeit the game?
