Sterling baled him out, that was a terrible first touch by Sergio and he had lost control of the ball. No guarantee he would have scored

Remember that truly dreadful miss by Sergio, I think it was also against Chelsea. It was literally unmissable, about two or three yards out on the far post. He made up for it later in the match with a superb goal. I can only hope that he'll be angry enough with himself to do that.

Edit: it seems it was against Spurs.
