Chelsea (H) | Post-Match Thread

Yep let’s throw aguero under the bus today means more than everything he has done. Grow up

There are loads of players who've done lots for the club. Moaning because you've taken a shit touch and then trying to panenka a penalty in a title winning game absolutely means he should be criticised. It's fucking appalling.

Anyone slagging off the manager or the team after that is out of order.

Fucked over by Sergio's antics and then by the referee/VAR.

We go again.
Not slagging Pep off but he has tinkered unnecessarily so in such an important game and it’s cost us. Chelsea were far better in the 3nd half and in my view Pep failed to respond quickly enough to sort the team out.
3 games to go and we need a win. I am sure we will do it but I cannot for the life of me see why we chose today of all days to make such drastic changes.

It's worth mentioning that Chelsea were in exactly the same position as us in terms of players being tired. Actually, a day less rest. And the only player that was substituted because he looked tired was Mendy, who didn't even play in midweek. Not really good enough, that.

Having said that, the game swung on a fucking appalling decision to not give us a penalty (not that we would have scored it anyway, probably).

All I can say is.....

Aguero....

The audacity to have a go at Sterling for ensuring the ball was in the back of the net, and then ....... that!!!! I love Aguero, has been a hero for a decade. He should not wear a city shirt again this season. I want to cry at the level of arrogance, after everything.

Bad team selection, individual errors, lethargic, ponderous, bad decision by Aguero, bad decision not to give a pen to Sterling . Lots of negatives for us and Chelsea will take lots of positives against us again. Terrible build up to the final for us.

I seriously can not believe we just lost that. Furious with pep. That will hit our confidence too. They have beat us in 2 significant games now

Chumps league means we throw game after game, including fa cup semis, would be an amazing trophy to win for this club but as a fan I find it poor taste for it to be acceptable to play that starting team, I get it I just don’t like it.

We’ve learnt a few things from that game. Sterling can’t be trusted to finish chances in big games, Sergio is finished and without Bernardo we look a different team.

Not worried about the final, we’ll have our strongest team out.
What game were you watching? He had 3 chances all game, 1 he scored, 1 was an incredible tackle and one should have resulted in a pen.
