I think if it's won or not he'll go strong on Friday and then rest them for the Brighton game. He needs to keep everyone ticking over with match fitness and making sure there's no room for complacency

I think my frustration comes from the fact it should have been done yesterday, 1-0 up with a penalty and that’s pretty much that.

Yet we’re now here watching United come from behind again with another two to go before we can potentially put it right again against Newcastle.

Think that's always been his plan, the only rest Kdb, Foden are getting in the final game of the season. I think they play both Newcastle and Brighton now.

I have no issue with him giving players mins to keep fit. I don’t understand why this has to be achieved with this two team method. He could make 3 or 4 changes every game, to keep players fresh without the absolutely monstrous drop off in the quality of the side we see with him changing the majority of the line up and in yesterday’s case, the structure of the side. I have no idea what that formation was yesterday and for me was Pep effectively throwing the game. It’s a risky strategy and I don’t think we need to be taking unnecessary risks. Get the thing won and he can play Khaldoon if he wants in the final games.

More like a runner coasting and conserving energy until it's needed.

People having a go at the people who believe it is done lol , I've said all along we need to get 1point more than if united win all their games and nothing has changed, I wont to rely on united losing another game this season, but I knew once it got closer people would be out for the "it's done" blood, as if it's their fault, quite amusing really, still to be expected on blueloon:)
If United win the next 2 games and we lose at Newcastle you won't be so cocky. Can't see that happening but its not impossible.

It will come. I can see the resting of players after the PSG game and not showing Chelsea our strongest hand. Aguero penalty miss was strange never tried that in all his time. Then we didnt do much in the second half. I think in our remaining fixtures we will get the win needed. I think Newcastle we will win that game and its all over. We will go first 11 in that game. No need resting players the first team until the final. They still need to be match ready in the cup final.
I can also see why hes trying to play some players back into form. Sterling that goal yesterday might kick him on. Also Jesus looked decent. The shape was different but thats Pep for you at time. Experimenting is what he has always done at times. It was a safe to do it in the league with us more than likely going to win the title.

I have a confession to make....it’s a bad one....I quite like it’s still going.

I think United will beat Leicester too.

Then it all comes crashing down when United play Liverpool and we play Newcastle the day after And it’s all over.

If you are one of those that, like me, would rather City won it on the pitch on a nice day then you could well get your wish on Friday.

Next season Liverpool Chelsea and United will push us close....that will be more nerve wrecking. This season is fine.

I thought after 93.20 blues might be a bit calmer with a ten point lead by comparison but, if anything, it’s worse! This is nothing compared to our usual final day wins Centurions aside.

We're toying with the rag scum

Despite what they their fans might say and despite what sky and the media might say... they're clinging to the hope that somehow they might win it. A rag I know has just let his mask slipped and he is obviously falling to sleep at night dreaming of them winning the league

As the saying goes... It's the hope that kills you

The kind thing to do would be to stamp on their heads and put them out of their misery
