13 years ago today, on May 11th, 2008, we lost 8-1 to Middlesbrough, while United won the title after beating Wigan 2-0. A few weeks later they would go on to win the CL against Chelsea. 13 years later, we clinch the title, and have a CL final against Chelsea to look forward to. What a reversal. Well done Pep and the players for making this possible.

I was at Boro. We took a legion there too.

Thanks to the owners ,Pep ,players and all staff at MCFC on making me happy as tonight . The champs league would be an amazing win but the premier league's my choice of trophy. Brilliant City and thanks.

Yes Miguel, such a predictable winner that at the end of December you had Liverpool down for a romping victory. Bellend.

Miguel is not even factually correct. Manyoo are the wealthiest club but we dont pay dividends, directors salaries or fees, nor do we service £500m of debt foisted on us by some yankee carpetbaggers.

Pep even thanking all the Refs & the Journalists.

He's the greatest ambassador for the EPL.

Yep, I was there as well. Our sense of humour was showing even in defeat when we were singing, we were going to win 8-9 or words to that effect! I also remember how flaming cold it was in their stadium! I travelled in a tee shirt but luckily had a jumper in my rucksack but a few other people were shivering. Weird stadium.

As a Manchester United supporter, can I wish you all congratulations on winning the title. In January, when we were top, we could see you coming up like a steam train. The 0-2 win away a Chelsea which did for Lampard, and destroying Liverpool at Anfield, it was obvious that Pep had re-discovered his mojo. Even city fans complained that he wasn't playing with an out an out striker, but he trusted in his players, and others like Gundogan stepped up to score the important goals when it mattered. Stones and Diaz have been immense too.

As an advocate of giving academy players an opportunity to shine in the first team, Phil Foden looks a proper player, and when they are local, genuine supporters of the club, it just adds that extra bit of passion and energy. You can tell that it means so much to them. He will go far.

Next season, we will be back to challenge, with ratface, cuntvani, Rashford, slabhead and co, so don't rest on your laurels, you Stockport dwelling, bell-ringing, simpletons.
Well said, but not in our lifetime.

0-2 win at Chelsea....
