The arrogance and hypocrisy of the BBC is legendary. They have never to my knowledge ever apologised, ever made an error and continue to reserve the right to point the finger at others - like Cliff Richard while failing to accept any responsibility for the actions of the likes of Stuart Hall and Jimmy Saville whom they employed for long periods.
