I am really saddened by the news that messi is staying. We have one of the best teams of all times and we have arguably the best manager of all times playing beautiful game in our premise. Best Players are dying to come to our team. I just have one dream left . The best player of all times playing for my club. Thats why i am dissapointed.
Hope he again do a u turn.

I’m not so sure about that. I don’t think Tier 1 sources are going to bottle Messi staying at this stage. Especially since they have Laporta + Kun and Koeman out the door.

It’s be like jose Alvarez bottling Kuns next move.

just for the crack it would be great if messi rocked up at city ? even the reports of the wage demands (£500.000)
but city had that covered with farming it out to sponsors and puma and city the club paying very little like 20%

but in the real life messi is well past it and the premier league will be to much for him to handle week in week out so i think he would be in and out. but when aguero put out the news he's leaving in the summer messi was never go to rock up at city. aguero will rock up in barcelona for free and play a season or 2 with messi. will be a super star over there and score 50 plus goals a season. its a walk in the park in that league if your at one of the two big clubs

even in Spain barcelona are fading fast because its still all about messi and his best days are behind him
messi is not the player he was and for anybody thinking you would be getting a world class player in his prime are crazy. yes has magic in him but its now like every 1 in 4 games and champions league even worst

the manchester city would be signing him for a statement and not for building a future around him

I can’t fathom how we can expect him to come here with Sergio going the other way and us quite clearly going after Kane.

The last chance came and went last year, it’s a shame but, hardly struggling are we?

They have an algorithm that works out how many goals a team should score from the quality of their chances, based on where the shot was from and time to take the shot etc.

A score of 0.00 means they’ve not had a shot.

That's bad. And dare I say it that it shows the difference Messi makes.
 


The man who broke Messi wanting to leave last year is saying that Messi has not decided to stay yet.

He continues saying: Barcelona is still waiting for the result of the audit it is doing to plan “the next 3 or 4 seasons”. The club knows that the hole is VERY deep and that it is difficult to promise anyone anything at this point
