Seasoncard - 2021/22

I'd expect the renewal/deferment window to be extended beyond Wednesday as the call back option for people wishing to defer doesn't reduce the workload of supporter services one bit. The phone lines are jammed because they are swamped and the fact that people are hanging on for hours doesn't affect the speed they can work at.

There will still be people phoning up with credit owed issues and to defer plus they will have long lists of people to phone. The only sensible route out of this is a tick box online to defer. Once they have that information what can they say on the phone that provides anything further?

But how did you know that was even an option as so far the club has only said that there will be other, unspecified, options?

It appears that even City Matters reps don't know what options might be available other than mobile ticketing.
 
I'm still struggling to understand why they need to call you back if you want to defer.

"hello, we're calling from the city ticket office, we hear you want to defer your seasoncard?"
"yes"
"okay I will need your name and supporters number please"
"so the same details I had to give online in order to get this phone call?"

It said there were other options on the site. I assumed a card would be one.

More likely if you don't have the phone option you have to queue at the ticket office in the day of the game with your photo ID, proof of address and vaccine passport to get a paper ticket. The availability of other options doesn't have to mean convenient

The bloke on the line said he had an option to tick for a plastic card. So we'll see.

I agree, but we have to remember that it was the CEOs/Chairpersons of the PL clubs who attached that label to 'traditional'/FOCs support when the City Group and their corporate cousins tried to fuck us up with their Super League shite.
If being called a legacy fan by the club distinguishes us from the corporate trough swillers, I can live with that.
 
Just sat through the first half of the England game trying to get through. Constant user busy and hitting call back.

Three days I’ve tried getting through. Absolute shambles

I had that when trying to buy tickets for the final screening at the cfa. Tried numerous times with different cards and couldn't fix it. It was only when I picked different tickets that it finally worked, thought it might have had something to do with the tickets not being available as that was literally the only difference from the half a dozen other times but that's surely not a problem with season cards.

I can only suggest trying on different devices.
 
Sorry if this is a Titanic style question but my daughter has an 18 month old son she would like to sit on her knee occasionally. Is it right that he has to have his own ticket and if so about how much would it cost? We have season tickets in Colin Bell 327
 

IMPORTANT: PAYING BY DIRECT DEBIT​

If you currently pay for your Seasoncard by Direct Debit and are happy to renew with no changes (including no changes to the Cup Scheme(s) that you were signed up to for the 2019/20 season) you don't need to do anything!
We will renew your 2021/22 Seasoncard for you, on or just after Thursday 17thJune, at which point you will receive a confirmation email from the Club.
If you would like to make any changes to your 2021/22 Seasoncard, for example; change between Gold and Platinum or change bank details, you must renew your Seasoncard manually (online or phone) no later than Wednesday 16th June.
If the only change you wish to make is in relation to Cup Schemes, simply let your Seasoncard auto-renew on or just after Thursday 17th June and add any Cup Schemes to your Seasoncard via your account after this date.
