As England have no shape and pattern of play it’s unsurprising to see the pundits hail whoever does least worst as the next big thing

The second half was as poor as the Scotland game, we tend to have small spells where we look decent, 25 minutes in first half tonight and the same against Croatia in the first game.

I’m not sure it would matter what personnel we had in the front 4 as the whole tempo just seems to drop.

Pretty much impossible as a sub coming on to effect it when we’re playing like that.
