Sadly getting to the final only secures Southgate's position. I'm telling you now if Mancini were in charge of this England side he'd have pissed the tournament.

Agree. Over lauded for the World Cup where they beat who they should have beaten and lost to who you may expect to lose to.
Easy qualifying groups, mostly an easy run to this final, Germany was the stand out game and that could have gone either way if Muller did not miss the sitter. Home advantage for nearly every game and dull, defensive performances with the talent he has.
