Club come out with story of offering new contract.
(You might read a story of Player refusing new contract)
Club realise Player doesn't want to stay and so the story begins.

Either us and villa are being really calm and civilised about it or it's done and these leaked stories are the start of the transfer charade.

As for kane, if we are preparing to bid the amount mentioned then I'd go all in for haaland.

FWIW, and don't shoot the messenger lol, the same source that said we'd won the CAS appeal last year a day or so before we officially found out is saying this is a done deal. Apparently, a fair few have lumped on off the back of that. Personally, I'm never 100% convinced until it's on the club website but just thought I'd put it out there.

I’ll give him his due, when asked the chefs name he at least got that right with a chefs name that works at the academy, got the role title wrong though.
