David Silva was shit as well then.
if it's only money that will sway him then fuck him off, we want players to come that want trophies, just offer the same wage as villa and then it's down to him whether he stays and wins fuck all or joins us with a great chance of multiple medalsThe chance to work with the best in the game the best tactician in the game the best person who can take his game to another level the players he will play with, Champions Leage football & lastly the trophys he can be winning that out ways any fookin wages
How do we know what Villa are offering him?if it's only money that will sway him then fuck him off, we want players to come that want trophies, just offer the same wage as villa and then it's down to him whether he stays and wins fuck all or joins us with a great chance of multiple medals
Imagine it was you, a lifelong City fan (presumably). A currently more successful club offer you £x but City want you so much they are prepared to smash their wage structure to match it.if it's only money that will sway him then fuck him off, we want players to come that want trophies, just offer the same wage as villa and then it's down to him whether he stays and wins fuck all or joins us with a great chance of multiple medals
As I said it’s just a gut feelingYour prerogative to feel as negative as you do based on something you have no idea what is happening behind the scenes.
We all have those, but chill, it's out of your control. As I said it’s just a gut feeling
We have the same issue every transfer window. Get thisgs done early and its boring. Things don't seem to be happening and we're going backwards. It's holiday season. Most of those involved in transfers will be working behind the scenes. But the players nvolved, can't be expected to sit around while negotiations are going on.A very valid point of which I accept. No arguments there. However we seem to be making zero progress, even with Grealish now. A lot can happen in a short space off time. But if we are still without any transfer news by the end of this coming week I will start to believe these signings won’t happen. That’s just my feeling, nothing else.
I'm never convinced by these big signings myself. Never in a million years thought Messi would happen.A very valid point of which I accept. No arguments there. I still can’t believe people in here had the audacity to call villa a huge club.
I was that shocked I told my 2 year old son! He said “blimey dad, he must be a right ****”
Ok boomer.Us older supporters remember Villa being contenders at the top level and, before our last decade of unprecedented success, we all had the humility to acknowledge Villa’s notable history and huge regional support.
In fact us older supporters can often feel embarrassed by some of the rag like billy big bollocks gloating that some of our younger support have started to adopt since the onset of our recent successes.

A piss-easy decision or one that needs serious
and some of you older supporters used to watch the rags one week and City the next...I'm 50 and think blokes that did that, at the core are c*nts.... ;)Us older supporters remember Villa being contenders at the top level and, before our last decade of unprecedented success, we all had the humility to acknowledge Villa’s notable history and huge regional support.

It’s the same childish bragging that made decent supporters hate the rags and the dippers and I’d like to think we have the dignity to call it for what it is and reign it in whenever it rears it’s ugly head.
Oh you can't criticise Jackie boy on here, or even try and have a laugh about him. Too many footy genius' get upset. There are some lovely people on here.
Surely that's you 'jumping to conclusions'?Always really surprises me to pop in here and see the absolute swathes of negative comments about Grealish. Considering nobody on here actually knows him or knows a dicky about the conversations that are going on between him/Villa/agent/City I think it's borderline insane how many conclusions people are jumping to about him. Weird.
Hope everybody changes their tune when he signs for us.
Teach your son what goes around comes around.I still can’t believe people in here had the audacity to call villa a huge club.
