A pair of eyes is all one needs. You really haven't got a clue fella.

The champions always start at home with a nice easy winnable game*I think people underestimate the importance of Home game and fans this season. You could see Spurs growing in confidence with the fans
This all day long,,,roll on the Norwich gameI hope the flappers flap to death. In the real world we’ll be watching us win the league - when we have formed and bonded and got into our groove.
Come on the fucking blues.
Hmm, a bit forced that one. (And it’s not been called Bombay since 1995 ;-)Ederson couldn't catch Covid maskless on a Bombay commuter train
Yes agreed, the only player who can hold his head up high in that dressing room.Grealish had a great game and worked hard.
that was all of the positives that I spotted.
Mendy plus 120million for Kane ?
You've only been watching us for the last 5 years then?Name a club who'd want him...yeah exactly. He is our worst ever signing hands down.
pep is arrogant, thought he could get a result ,after watching that first half, dont tell me that kdb could not have played the full second half, did more in the last ten minutes, after the subs , than we did after the first 15 minutes, that defeat was down to peps team selection, and his lack of subs. SHITE.Well that was wank. No direction to our play until Kevin came on. Pass the ball quicker.
Did you watch us in the late eighties through to '99 with those eyes?A pair of eyes is all one needs.
It has in pot noodles!Hmm, a bit forced that one. (And it’s not been called Bombay since 1995 ;-)
Ha ha, the only way that would work is if we say sell us Kane or we're giving you MendyMendy plus 120million for Kane ?
It's been a long summer for a lot of our players & the next few games will be hard as they regain match fitness & play into the season. I would place no importance on the result of the first match of the season. If we are reasonably close to the top in January other teams should worry because City know how to put a set of results together & hold their nerve.Hi as a spurs fan my assessment was that City were good but I just thought Spurs as a team played out of their skins in the 2nd half.
I'm obviously over the moon as for me City are the best team in the league. You can tell just by the fact they're able to bring on De Bruyne and he just changes the game instantly.
I'm sure you already know this but the weakness today for me wasn't the lack of ST rather that left-hand side with Mendy. We got a lot (too much) joy from there.
I also do wonder if this result/match has any effect on your pursuit of Kane.
Great game and good luck for the rest of the season!
Can only think Laporte is going. No other reason why he didnt play, same for Bernie. I mean Laporte or Ake ? it's a no brainer. The players we have should have been good enough to beat spuds.
Jesus on the wing doesn't work.
Ake ok but no Laporte.
Mendy - well...
Said it all really when Kev came on feel like he injected a small bite into our attack, everyone else around him just looked average in comparison.Even Arsenal would beat us playing like that. Truly awful performance. Even though they were really up for it because they know they’re losing Kane to us, it doesn’t excuse are total lack of fight. Shocking display. It says something when our best player in the game was KDB who only came on for the last 15 minutes. I wouldn’t pay them their wages as they certainly didn’t earn them.
I thought gundo was also fine. Torres was also fine he just had fuck all decent service.Yes agreed, the only player who can hold his head up high in that dressing room.
He did lack the final quality in his shooting though as did everyone else
