LOL shortly, that's what they have been saying that for the past few days, knowing City i will get my PAH tickets on Monday

My print at home ticket for the Charity Shield arrived at 18:20 on the Wednesday before the game.
Only problem was by then I wasn't at home and didn't have a printer. I'm sure the club still gave
themselves a big pat on the back for another job well done mind.

Shortly = they haven't a clue but know it is urgent
In due course = they haven't a clue
We are cognisant of = they know there is an issue but it won't be resolved, just don't any more complaints

They are saying shortly to everything - from my time as a manger in a call centre it means we know its fucked we are trying to sort it but dont know how to, or when we will, but we need to say something.
Apparently there has been an issue and everyone who requested PAH is showings as wanting mobile tickets and they are trying to sort it out. This is why we have all had emails about downloading our mobile tickets but not had PAH email.

Been waiting to receive email to print my tickets at home as requested beginning of August.
If anyone finally gets through to the ticket office - ask them to enable the Print at home tickets for everyone.
Then we've got a choice / mobile or paper and can transfer a paper ticket or print to pdf and email to someone else if we can't go. SIMPLES!!!!!

Do you receive regular emails from City?
The reason I ask is it is possible City have a old email address for some.
The email sometimes ends up in the spam folder also!

I’m sure I read on here somebody had received email, but it’s very possible I imagined it as the whole charade is making my head fuzzy!
I have actually download mine reluctantly, but it’s so frustrating watching fellow Blues struggling for something that was once as easy as opening a tin ffs!
That’s why I will lurk until Saturday and help out anybody who is struggling , as others are doing, because they don’t seem to be getting much help by phoning up!
