With the new E Ticket system it looks like the only way to "exchange/transfer a ticket is among pre registered friends and family. Previously there was an option to sell back to the club (if they wanted the ticket to re sell) now this option appears to have been dropped. Anyone found a way to do this that I have missed as it is an important option where a season card holder finds that they cannot attend a game.

Does anyone know why the fuck it takes the club to refund a ticket sold via the exchange 45 days! It's a piss take.
