unbelievable !It worked fine, probably quicker than in previous seasons, too many whingers !
traffic terrible but no queue to get in. then in typical City fashion the lift breaks down at 2-45. turns out there was only ONE lift working in the ground . a brilliant steward (Ashley) helped us find it. i missed the first 25 minutes and 2 goals. the lift was repaired but broke again at full time.
for an elite club we are embarrassing .
That is appalling!!!!! So did that mean anyone who is sat on 2nd or 3rd tier and is not able to do spirals or stairs missed a load or all of the game?traffic terrible but no queue to get in. then in typical City fashion the lift breaks down at 2-45. turns out there was only ONE lift working in the ground . a brilliant steward (Ashley) helped us find it. i missed the first 25 minutes and 2 goals. the lift was repaired but broke again at full time.

I have had a matchday experience survey to fill in, I mentioned stewards just letting people in and not actually resolving the issue, means they have just going to have the same problem again next game.what happens next week v arsenal
do the stewards let me in again like today
my sons didn't work after numerous attempts, then it did but i know the steward inside pressed or triggered something
then mine wouldn't work, and they had to let me in manually
it is un acceptable
if they got in before 2-45 they were ok. saw a few like missed at least 25 mins. people were shouting at staff. That is appalling!!!!! So did that mean anyone who is sat on 2nd or 3rd tier and is not able to do spirals or stairs missed a load or all of the game?
I'm just dismayed with it allI have had a matchday experience survey to fill in, I mentioned stewards just letting people in and not actually resolving the issue, means they have just going to have the same problem again next game.
I got in early and had a drink watching on from top of the spiral, about 60% of people having issues at turnstiles, some of it looked like just putting phone in wrong place and it taking a minute or so to get it right - that should be ok next game, but a hell of a lot of peoples were not working at all and stewards had to let them in.
Loads like me turned up early today - next week will be back to normal arrival time, can see that putting more stress on an already cracking system
Oh Bill, I hope you are all right. *virtual hugs* xtraffic terrible but no queue to get in. then in typical City fashion the lift breaks down at 2-45. turns out there was only ONE lift working in the ground . a brilliant steward (Ashley) helped us find it. i missed the first 25 minutes and 2 goals. the lift was repaired but broke again at full time.

It won't make any difference, they just want good scores so they can impress the bosses. All businesses do this now.I wish they would send all of us a survey but I doubt they will!
I would be interesting to see, but i would be very very surprised if they did send out a survey in the next six months or soI wish they would send all of us a survey but I doubt they will!
