I'm not even sure what there is to consider. If we are not getting Kane, signing Ronaldo is an absolute no-brainer. If we have anyone at the top with an ounce of common sense, this will be done and dusted by the weekend.

They scored more goals in the league in the three seasons before he arrived, compared to the three he's played.

Now, there could be many reasons for that, but it suggests he's not guaranteed to "add" masses of goals to our overall tally.
