No ITK remarks from people i know etc but even though this is all a right laugh and would be very funny if he joined us, i just can't see it myself, it's not the sort of deal we touch with a barge pole or are we suddenly in panic mode due to Kane not signing ?

He prefers playing on the wing - but discounting that...

Kane is better. Lukaku is better. Hell, a 34 year old Vardy is probably better. And so on and so on.

If we have to pay a fee for him then we have massive problems.

With only 5 days left that doesn't give us any time whatsoever to cock about saying we are preparing a bid, offering a fee well below what Juve will accept, acting confident for no apparent reason and then having a deal in place with Ronaldo but waiting for Juve to come to the table to negotiate.
