It's almost impossible to read into peps comments or body language on this. He was never going to give anything away freely.

I'll concede his words at least to me made it sound like we've had the deal ready to sign, United have come in after the fact and now it's upto Ronaldo to choose. Who knows with Pep though the guy is impossible to interpret when he doesn't want to say something and he definitely didn't want to say anything there.
