They were never getting away with killing US soldiers , neverSo the drone strikes make things better? Only for Joe in the polls. Tit for tat don't work. What ever you think of Taliban they rule their country. No easy escape clause at the moment.
What resources were diverted ? Strange hill you are badly dying onNah, laughing is the only sane response.
We divert resources in a war zone to transport 200 dogs and cats to the UK where the rules state they have to be vaxxed, blood tested and quarantined and while we are doing this we are putting down healthy dogs and cats in the next building by the shed load.
I mean, good luck to animals in question if they get to buck the system, but the whole affair is fucking lunacy.
The holidaying Raab is unfit to run a tap never mind one of the great offices of state - this is how they have run down and diminished our poition in the world

Revealed: Foreign Office ignored frantic pleas to help Afghans
Thousands of urgent messages from MPs and charities had not been read by the end of the UK evacuation from Afghanistanwww.theguardian.com
Quite rightly too. It’s ok. They’ll just blame Biden.
When you understand the resource but fail to fund it, that’s the key.It is an either/or situation. Every minute, every resource to save or expedite an animal in a fast moving and chaotic situation like this, is time and resource not used to save or expedite a person.
The animals got more priority than the staff looking after them.
Pets have private insurance, Afghans would have to be covered by the ‘Social Fund’.Yeah, they should have got themselves microchipped.
So, dogs and cats fine. Charity staff who looked after them, not so much.
Priorities.
Does that suggest, as we’ve not got eyes on the ground, that we are now in cahoots with the Taliban?Yanks have already done an airstrike against isis k planner in response
There will be no shortage of US military satellites and reconnaissance flights focussed on Afghanistan as well as assets on the ground that have been cultivated over the last 20 years.Does that suggest, as we’ve not got eyes on the ground, that we are now in cahoots with the Taliban?
I expect a lot of the Taliban leadership might have tragic accidents over the next few years. There will be no shortage of US military satellites and reconnaissance flights focussed on Afghanistan as well as assets on the ground that have been cultivated over the last 20 years.
The only good thing today was, we packed up and got to go out before the Americans
I would imagine the SAS are still there but the yanks have an over the horizon drone capacity that identifies people ,they are saying they will use it ongoingDoes that suggest, as we’ve not got eyes on the ground, that we are now in cahoots with the Taliban?
Won’t somebody think about the mongooses?I'm just glad we got all the animals out. I hope they don't have to quarantine as thanks to Covid there is a shortage over here.
