They can pursue them in UK courts as a debt presuming he has no US assets to seize.

It’s scraping the barrel, if you could avoid service by simply refusing to acknowledge receipt of papers then there wouldn't be much point of it. I'm sure that plenty of other cunts have pulled this trick in the past so there will be case law that clarifies the situation.

If you think a judge in a claim for cash is going to believe that, you will believe anything.
