As a fan of Frank’s I’ve not wanted to see this documentary as I thought it might be a hard watch. I’m going to have to take the plunge and put it on. After all Frank gave me some of the best, funniest nights of my life.

I was the same, mate....but i'm glad a got to see it. I found it quite moving.
I got to see Frank around 1987 at the Contact Theatre... he did a magic trick called "Cup Cup Pot Noodle" or something like that. A pool ball hidden in one of three up-turned pot noodle cartons..."can you tell which pot it's hidden in?"...as it rolled across the stage!

Thanks for that, so blasé about the dangers involved. My dad had a friend many years ago who was the same when talking about his experiences over here in Ireland in the fifties. So many stories of death and injury.

My first post on here but I had to share this doc. It's a bit tough to watch cause it's not the happiest but it's such an amazing watch that I guarantee it will get you in your feels...
So the name is Dear Zachary: A letter to a son about his father and it's one of the greatest things I've ever watched.
Good watch!
Btw, you can watch it directly on youtube or somewhere for better quality which I recommend.

Watched the 5th & final episode of Countdown: Inspiration4 Mission to Space last night (available on Netflix (and other less reputable sources)). Thought it was a well produced series overall. The tension for the families and friends was really palpable during the comms blackout on re-entry.
