There is a reason that building materials such as concrete are blocked from entering Gaza and it would be a huge security risk. 30+ degree heat won't help either although it would be cooler than QatarIt gets better this Infant Mo has actually proposed Israel and Palestine as a joint venue for his world Cup!
Palestine are blocked by Israel from getting things like concrete to re build houses so just how are they going to build any stadiums ?
Oh and would it not be a slight security risk ?

Not all Palestinians are indigenous to the region but you are right that the likes of Hamas don't make their lives easy.
