We had a deck hand on the ships collapsed on the car deck as the ship was loading. He was gone, dead. Luckily for him Paulus was onboard who was a brilliant first aider. He worked on him for 25 minutes, also used a defibrillator, until the ambulance got there. The guy survived. It was odd seeing him back at work, like seeing a ghost, he was gone. He said he didn't remember a thing

My Mum had one recently. She flatlined twice. Had stents put it and the medical people stabilised her and saved her life.

If anyone ever has pains in their arm and upper chest, don't ignore it, raise hell to get seen by the doctors.

I definitely am. Whilst I didn’t think there was a need for your comments about Nasri, I can see why you made them. It isn’t good, is it. I’d love to have the will power to maintain a really healthy lifestyle.

The joke made wasn’t in any way about the fan unfortunately taken ill, of course. Personally I don’t feel there are any circumstances that dictate humour should be set aside so long as the joke itself isn’t intended to be nasty and hateful, which this one clearly wasn’t.
