If those fücking clowns finish in the top 4, I won’t be watching football again. It will be solid proof that they’re being ‘gifted’ games to keep them up there.

i bet they will still also need the officials and VAR on there side when its not going to plan. given soft pens and players getting sent off and playing vs 10 men. you know the score because its the same old shit every year

the top 3 teams are light years ahead of them and they should be 30 points behind everybody else ? but the officials and VAR step up and make it a level playing field with free points for the name and badge. take the game yesterday arsenal are not a top 6 club but was beaten and VAR played its part

it took VAR 4 minutes to give the arsenal first goal because they was looking for something to cross if off ? but when slabhead fouled a arsenal player in the box they never looked or blinked at VAR ? united was never losing that game last night and not by fair means but foul play and the 3 points was going to united

how can the premier league have so many different rules for them and not for others
its a total different game you watch and its so clear the cheating going on by the officials that somebody must flag it up ? klopp did it last season but it took about 14 games to drop the line why are united getting so many pens each week ? pep said it so many times nobody gives manchester city free points or titles or cups

if pep is saying the game is bent then you listen ? ok he rewords the quote because of his english and also does not fancy getting a big fine or touchline ban. but we know what he means and its true
Arsenal goal stood and united got a rightful pen, stupid challenge. They’ve not had many this season for a nice change

if united had our owners and pep has manager and our players plus the match officials and VAR what would be the point of the premier league other 19 teams playing each week

we have 3 out of the 4 and the other one is the match officials ? its shows what you can achieve with a average team
Your first paragraph refers to United under Ferguson, the PL grabbed that back following his desertion.

I had stopped watching their Arsenal game after their second goal. So, didn't see the supposed penalty and the thing he does after a goal. Apparently, he might have injured his knee for having done so. I rejoiced at the thought. I might go to hell for it, but, thankfully, I am not religious.

Eh ? Rightful pen ? Like the one awarded against Maguire ? Stupid challenge ? Where the forward sought the contact ?
Why did it take 4 mins to award a perfectly legitimate goal ?
I'll add another reason, the ref and var did not want to be criticised by the rags or the media. They are frightened of them, had the gpc been in charge it would definitely have been chalked off.

It took an eternity to give Smith-Rowe goal, Basically looking for anything from.the corner to disallowed it.
As for the penalty it was a stone wall penalty, Atkinson stopped the game and awarded it, Why wasn't the same done for Harry Maguire foul on Tomyasu? It's as corrupt as it gets.

don't know about the fred pen ? looks like he put his leg out
but yes daft by the arsenal players but the slabhead foul in the box did not even get looked at

If you had watched all the game you still wouldn't have seen a legit penalty claim for the Rags because there wasn't one, still fuming, different rules to us.

A rightful pen??
Fred had to stretch his leg out virtually at a rightful angle to the direction he was travelling in to initiate any contact at all.

Just like FFP, they brought it in under the pretense that it would save clubs from going under. Now we have VAR, brought in under the pretense it would stop referees making a balls-up. If anything, VAR is giving these bent tw@ts more time to find an excuse to make games go how they see fit.

... Bobby Manc going [to United] would be very upsetting.

He never would , behave

I'm afraid I'm not sure about this view that Mancini's history with us would prevent him from being interested in the United job. Yes, I think he formed a genuine attachment for our club when he was here. However, he's steeped in Italian football and seems to have attitudes that are fairly common in that country.

One of those is that players and managers appear much more willing to serve the bitter rivals of clubs they've previously represented. I think he'd go to United if he really felt it were a desirable career move.

I still doubt it'll happen. For one, it relies on Italy not qualifying for the World Cup in November/December 2022, as he won't walk out beforehand if they're going to take part. They do have a tough play-off final and will have to win in either Lisbon or Istanbul to get through, so it's not a given, but they're the best side of the three in question and may well make it count.

Second, the sainted Ralf could easily do well enough either to continue in the manager's job or to have a significant upstairs role at United. If the latter, he'd be far too interventionist for him and Roberto to rub along easily.

Still, IMO Mancini is likely to decide on the prospect with the kind of dispassionate attitude most of us have when deciding whether to take a new job. I wouldn't personally blame him for that or regard it as tarnishing his legacy with us.

May be right, though.
