Erling Haaland

Let’s be honest there a few clubs he could go to and we could make an argument for most
Dortmund remain
Move to Chelsea City Liverpool even Utd
Madrid or Bayern possibly a few others as well
Only time will tell like I said yesterday I hope we have a firm handle on his thoughts otherwise time to sign a forward from elsewhere
Liverpool, Chelsea and Bayern are no-go’s
Barcelona, however, is a possibility...

it was directed at you because you said haaland was not going to madrid, and that the poster should read youre posts as to the reason why
,as for ass hole, fuck you ,you arrogant know it all ****
I have said Haaland is not going to Madrid this summer multiple times. And have started considering the possibility of staying in Dortmund for Madrid for a few weeks now. All of this is documented here. I don’t know why you insist on it. Your big “proof” is a “lol”, really? Get a grip.

Papers claiming Liverpool in for him. Find that hard to believe.
Wouldn’t bother me if he went to utd but I don’t believe that either. They need far more than him.
Real Madrid, again who cares?
Want him here though

Mino wants an auction, so it's probably good PR for all big clubs to say they are in for him regardless of whether they realistically can do it. Barca are pushing it hard right now, and financially they can not do this deal. But it makes their fans feel good, and makes them renew season tickets for a year likely spent in the conference league so its win win. Ditto liverpool. They are ooohing and aaahing over renewing Salah on big wages without a fee, so they will never do a deal like this, but its good PR to say ur involved.

Dippers and scum have to be seen to be in the race even though they don't and won't win .

Who says no to signing Haaland & Vlahovic? I think this is the clubs plan and also Peps…
Common sense tells me this is completely unrealistic since this is the real world and not Fifa/Football Manager.

I don’t think we will go for Haaland, Vlahovic is a maybe. It isn’t our style to go for the big names, we haven’t as yet signed anyone who is established as a World class player, we excel at bringing on those under the radar.

Raiola is having one last prod at the embers of the Auction fire to try and spark it into life, Reality tells him and us that there are only so many clubs that can afford Haaland at this present time, and very few have a ready made squad that could take Haaland to a higher level purely from a football perspective . If you glance down the table at the scum you can see the problem Haaland has, his ex team mate Jaydon Sancho moved to the scum in a big move that was going to catapult him to stardom ,but the squad is no where near Sanchos potential and so he sits on the bench watching football instead of playing it because the scum cannot really use him with the standard of players they have at their disposal .To get the best out of Sancho they will have to bring in better players around him and thats going to be costly. Only one team has the squad and the manager to take Haaland to a higher level at this moment in time. oh by the way my blue tinted glasses are off .
Top players improve teams good or bad. Sancho isnt a top player.

I would. Pogba was in a winning team at Juventus and had offers from other winning teams when he decided to go back to United, who had gone only three years at that time without a Prem title.

He certainly didn't anticipate another five years of nothing coming after it.

My argument with regard Haaland and his ambition is quite simple. He would be joining a vastly superior team in City than Madrid.

He would be joining a vastly superior league.

He would be playing for the best manager in the game.

All those points above could be applied to Liverpool, certainly if you are a Liverpool fan!

I don't think it is a question of what he gets paid that will decide the outcome.

It will come down to what is best for his football right now, his father has said as much.

I just happen to believe if his ambition is about football in the here and now, then City are more attractive than Madrid, without obviously the things Madrid's exposure offers him, coupled with an incredible lifestyle.
It is quite evident that Madrid will be our main rivals in the transfer of Haaland. I hope like yourself that the main determining factor is football and having the chance to work with Pep and not how much money he can make/earn.

Currently City are a better team than Madrid imo and the opportunity to play in the PL may also appeal to Haaland. I am also hopeful that Alfie would have more than a good word to say about City.

On saying all the above, Real still have a big appeal to a lot of players, so the transfer is in the balance and I am sure there will be plenty of twists and turns to come.

I'm afraid his parasitic cockwomble of an agent means he's probably not a good fit for us. Madrid or the 'doing things the right way' and not 'buying success' rags.

You could spin that in Madrid’s favour as well
i.e Pep will allegedly be gone soon
Madrid are currently behind us at the moment however if they sign Haaland and Mbappe along with the other players they have the gap closes significantly
They have won multiple Champions Leagues
They are due to move to a brand new Stadium
IMHO they’re a few clubs that could afford and attract him
We like to look at City through blue tinted spectacles we have our faults as well
Time will tell we should be in the mix
Where we feature is anyone’s guess
Hopefully somewhere in the top few

While I would agree on all of that and it would all seem to make sense even without blue tinted specs on, there surely is the money factor.....in particualr

1. Wages that are on offer
2. Money that will be given to Raiola as part of his cut
3 Potentially money that will be given to Alfie as part of his cut.....

Surely this will all be a deciding factor as well....and in these terms this is where we could lose out as the likes of Madrid esp will offer more and that coupled with the allure Madrid has for players as a club and as a place to live gives them an edge.

I believe other clubs will also offer more in terms of the 3 things above...prem clubs such as Chelsea (and they have the pull of lving in London - though for me its a shit hole no matter where you live!) will offer more than us and will give mino his fat wedge without a second thought as would Utd....though their footbaling project is at present no existent so that should count them out.

The dark horse is the red scousers...they have the money and a manager while who not as universally as popular as Pep nor anywhere near as successful has a PR team who must work wonders for him to be frank .....Liverpool is a shit hole as well and they have a certain "iistory la" or so they and the media will lead you to beleive that again seems attractive (for some reason)

For me however its between us Chelski and obviously Madrid....if he goes anywhere this summer.

If he stays another year then its open season as the footballing landscape changes so quickly other teams could be in prime position

The only reason i see him not coming to us is us not stumping up the cash to those necessary (not the transfer fee but other fees elsewhere)...other than that for Haaland surely its just a question of how long Pep is going to be at city if he signs say a 4-5 year contract...will Pep be there for all of that...I seriously doubt he would be.
