Yep and I remember that tweet from Gary Neville: ‘Varane, Sancho, Kane = title’ obviously didn’t get Kane but they’re miles away from even challenging for the title never mind winning it. Deluded.
Harsh on Neville, it’s not his fault he spelt ‘entitled’ wrong and his phone autocorrected it wrongly.

Rangnick looks a bit too academic, don't think he'll command enough respect from the players. He's a weird choice anyway: has never managed at top top level and in a foreign league. Even Klopp needed years to build a team capable of challenging. They are not likely to get top 4.

Maybe it would help if the bubble of protection that is afforded them by the media was removed, then even the most raggy of the rags would see their club for what they really are.

Because it seems to me that no matter how poorly they perform it is never highlighted in the press. The Sly and BT hangers-on club will adapt the old adage of 'never let the truth get in the way of a good story.' and tell us how the rags are one or two more signings from challenging the top four - something they have been telling us since the Chosen One took over.
They have not progressed in all that time, rather they have regressed, and some fans and media pundits can see it. But the rag-friendly media (Ratboy, Tyler, all the usual suspects) are queuing up to tell us about 'transitional periods,' 'turning corners,' and any other well-worn soundbyte their gullible lemmings love to hear.

The rags are currently a very, very poor side. Without pigmol and the rest they would probably be languishing just above the drop zone. Spent absolute billions on utter dross but have to rely on suspect refereeing to get them sufficient points to keep up with the likes of us and Chelsea. But would the tabloids mention any of this to the Neanderthals that actually read their papers? Of course not. Because in order to keep the money rolling in the tabloids have to paint a picture of a club in good health, a great team spirit, a first eleven that would die for one another...in short the complete antithesis of what they have really become.

Only Lewis Hamilton has turned more corners than the rags in the past 10 years

United screwed themselves appointing rag dick to steady the ship and climb back to 4th. They might scrape a UEFA conference place.

How Newcastle didn't win that game heaven only knows, St Maximin for all the skill he possesses will be rueing that five yard sitter he missed. Wreck it has a real problem knowing his best eleven because they have a huge squad over there, including about five strikers. Crash and burn time not far away, pmsl

shhhhhh…….. don’t give it away.

Does Wrekit Ralph have the courage to change what is so bloody obvious. Ronaldo and Fernandes need benching. Ronaldo has completely ruined any structure they had in that team.
Ronaldo? Surely you mean “Ronny”.
His few last minute goals have totally masked his input (or lack of) into the team

As for rat face, the biggest 1/2 season wonder ever. And to think, i had some saying he was better than KDB

3rd red he has escaped, tonight, us, dippers. Refs bottled it every time
My honest belief is he does it for the attention. He wants the controversy even if it meant a red card.
The problem with that is someone is going to get seriously injured so he can achieve it.
