It will be tough tomorrow. They will have seen how Leicester cut through us and have the players to do something similar. I can't see us getting away with another iffy performance. We'll need to be at our best to win.
 
I am hoping the players aren't as complacent as some of our fans are, Brentford will be well up for this and are are handful when on form.

Going to be interesting who gets the nod between Gundo and Ferny

They play 3 at the back, play with a lot of energy and have very fast players on the counter. We usually struggle against these kind of set ups and the crowd will be right up for it. Think we will sneak it 2 1 but will be one of our hardest games of the season seeing as we are without Walker and rodri who are so important to us defensively.
 
Surprised so many people are leaving Grealish out of the XI. I'd be certainly surprised if Pep benches him two games in a row.

Agree with everyone that it's going to be a tough game. They played some good stuff vs Brighton in the second half and have the ability to break through our press. I imagine we'll be too much for them in the end.

Brentford have impressed me this season. Great work rate and never give up. Play right to the final whistle. On their day perfectly capable of embarrassing us.
Up to City to do the business - start with pace and score. Get rid of the ball with HUGE hoofs up the park.

The only time I’ve properly watched them play all season was their first game at home to Arsenal back in mid August. The atmosphere off the pitch and commitment on it that night was very impressive. I’d still back us to win regardless, but I’m hoping things have cooled down a bit since then.

I watched their last game at Brighton, they were quite poor, lacking some of the early season zip. Still, they'll probably raise their game against us. Really up for this one now, heading down on the train tomorrow morning. Come on, City!
