On the face of it they are already binned because they rarely get near the side, what the rags do spectacularly wrong is offer them extended contracts to "Protect their investment" when there is nothing to protect.

The big issue is once a player is on a massive weekly wage they expect that to be matched by the buying club or paid of by the seller.
In Martials case, nobody is paying a fee and 200 grand a week.So he is staying put.

One that they offered a huge contract extension to even though he hadn't shown any form. Masters of their own downfall they are.
 
just realised Martial contract still has 2.5 years to run, expire 30/6/2024

can't see anybody paying a big fee and his wages. will be loans till final year of his contract then paid up??

They would have buyers for all of them but unlike us, they demand stupid fees and then they end up staying. We come to reasonable deals for all parties and let players go.

West Ham wanted to buy Lingard but offered say 10m to account for the wages however the rags say we want 20m. He now has been costing them millions in wages and will walk on a free. They are so stupidly run its incredible.
 
Is edwood two ply still masterminding the evil empire? Is still staying on to help look for the next interim interim chief? It's been emotional!

Best example of this is the keeper,the best paid in the world,who has let in 25 league goals in half a season.how embarrassing.

The new manager blames Covid,but I doubt that.. he hasn't caught anything else this season.

Best example of this was the near post incident when Bernardo scored during The Greatest show on Earth.

Comical and highly entertaining.

They did the same with Ole...... gave him a 3 year contract so he wouldn't be tempted when the likes of Barca, Real or Juventus came sniffing around for a top manager....

Well apparently Sevilla wanted him on loan and offered half the wages but rags rejected it. Its just daft, so instead hes going to sit on the bench taking 200k a week and stinking the place out.

Martial is not going to stay as a free transfer is he next summer, he will end up at somewhere like Roma, Inter or something and maybe not 200k a week but it will be a good 10m or so in signing on fees and 100k+

I rate Pickford higher that the donut thief, and in my opinion he is easily the poorest in the Prem.

This is what you need to understand.
He is on a 200 grand a week contract until june 2024
That is his guaranteed wages until then
He will not take a cut on those wages. So unless United pay him off or some other mug printers want to pay that he will stay, unhappy or not.
Why because 200 grand a week for the next 26 months will make him a very wealthy man.
I do not understand why some people cannot grasp it.
 
I very nearly heard him speak today.
