i wonder if the club would be tempted to do something on this? With gundo not getting any younger, kev gets injuries throughout the season etc i wonder if the chance arose at a suitable price the club would go for him?

Still, I hold my own opinions and preferences. I just wouldn’t have any qualms if the club’s decision doesn’t match my ideals.

Loan deals usually happen for one of reasons. One of the clubs doesnt have the money so they stretch it out on a promise. Or one or both clubs don't have the time to conclude the detail, so they arrange a loan and then deal with any complexity.
We generally have the money, and rarely need to rush deals. Imo.

Was never going to be any movement this month I don't think. We hardly ever do January business and we're doing so well in the league/Europe so why mess about?
