Unfortunately it will be around mid July once this gets sorted.

There will be times when all the media, put him at Real, City, Bayern, United, PSG, Chelsea etc. So much of the media is click bait BS.

What we know is Bayern won’t pay the money. So that will be BS.

PSG will definitely be in for him and they know how to get a deal done better then anyone. I don’t see him wanting to go France (the only chance I see it is if they win CL, even then it is less)

Real they could afford it, they have the glamour and would love to have him. It depends on him, Benezma is already there and Mbappe is their main focus. Would be competi

United lots of fans so will click on anything linking them to him. None bar the most optimistic United fan would give them hope, be them in the CL or not.

Chelsea again a team who knows how to do a deal and where interested in him. Would depend on selling Lukaku (he does seem like he wants to go). Certainly could be competition.

City, no reason (got the money, obvious place and connections) other then reports saying he does not like Premier League as much as La Liga. It is very unlikely he’s a Leeds fan, grew up watching the Prem, his Dad played in it. Plus it’s great league we know that and I’m sure he does.

so for me we’re in the driving seat but a long way to go
 
I just avent got a clue what it could be if it aint anythin to do with money,and yess could be pep signin ect,but real madrid who would maybe be favorites with us hary keep there managers for long ,there brutal for sackin managers,so the pep thing isnt quite agreein with me,god knows what it could be

Who says he's a Leeds fan? I've never seen him wearing Leeds shirts or at Leeds games.

I'd say he's more a City fan. He was a member of a City Facebook group until last year when he left, pictures of him as a kid in City shirts, as a teenager in City shirts and only 3/4 years ago at a Champions league game at the Etihad plus very complimentary of City on Twitter till he became a star.

This is the only hope I have in him joining but I fear greed will turn his head and he'll end up @ Madrid or PSG.
 
Well tbf, competition pushes individuals as Pep has said many times before. An example would be MSN era at Barca, it was a crazy attack.

Doesn't really mean much though, that. He won't be signing for Leeds.

He Might sign for us, and his affinity for the club growing up could play a part in that. In the same way we all take for granted that Mbappe wants to join Real because he had posters on his wall as a kid, it is not unreasonable to assume Haaland wearing the shirts, hoing to games, watching City's rise and cracking football in his youth may play some part.

Yes, I've heard the formal party line.

I'm sure he Did want him to an extent. Not enough though, if he did, no way some 30m of a difference would have stopped him arriving. Not with Aguero having just left, no real strikers in the squad, and even Khaldoon stating Aguero would be replaced. If Kane was indeed the one and only, and we believe that he wanted us, the club would have made it happen.

Did Levy fuck not want to negotiate, he was inviting bids all summer and leaking figures he would accept. And if you go with what was claimed, a deal would have been done if we had gone to 130m.

Pep didn't want him that much.
