EFL Cup 20/ Jan 22 ( Ars v Liv )

Dippers were lucky v Leicester in the previous round. Played kids, 1-3 down and somehow got away with a nailed on red card in the first half. Doubt they would have come back with 10 men.
But Arsenal have been woeful tonight, its like they believed the hype by playing us when we looked exhausted and didnt play well with them having a long rest and they still lost. Saka, Smith~Rowe all good young players but hugely overhyped

Im not making excuses but I think in a normal situation guys like Smith-Rowe & Tomiyasu wouldn't have played, because they've been out injured and up to yesterday hadn't even trained. I think you can see it in their performances as both look way off and I've never seen them look so poor.

We've gambled and it's not worked out.
 
How many did Arsenal beat you by the other week ......surly the amount of times it’s been mentioned tonight it must have been a real hiding ????
 
Arsenal wont get top 4, they're still not good enough when it matters.
