after the game vs them at their ground the Brentford manager disrespected us a little bit in the after match interview
brentford don't have the players city have and all the money for best players. even said we maybe not the best team he had played in the premier league ? and city was lucky

so just for the remarks he made i hope we play them off the park and score a hatful of goals

Thought it was going to be a good open game from what I'd seen of Brentford up to then. Sadly the boring 2hat decided to park the bus and didn't change tactics even when losing. We were in the middle of the busy Christmas period and just managed the game out. They reminded of Stoke or Sheffield United that night

Nothing wrong with opinions but I totally disagree with this one as a lover of football.

Brentford's achievements are incredible and I don't like the arrogance we sometimes show as a fan base, especially when as a fan base we constantly complain about the "elite" clubs attitude to us.
Just don’t understand all this WTF before nearly every post you reply to, bit OTT isn’t it , and we’re all passionate about the beautiful game that’s why we’ve followed football for decades, Brentford and there manager aren’t immune to criticism regardless of there achievements of a small club.

Eriksen might save them though
They might not need saving but I don't rate the Eriksen who was at Spurs in his final season or the Eriksen at Inter. For a while at Spurs he was spectacular but for whatever reason his game declined whilst at Spurs

Could simply be motivation though and he’s likely to have that back.

Any win of note just to continue the momentum

Although sloppy of late, we should be winning this without major exertion; win the next 3 and it will set us up nicely for the home stretch!

3-0 - Bernie back in the goals

If it was, then yes. I can't explain why Eriksen's game dipped. It was odd. He was on a par with David Silva in many ways for a period and then his game seemed to slip away without any obvious reason.

McAtee scores 2 in a 5-0 away win for U23s. That might keep him in the reckoning for brentford.

Not seen much of him but I think both he and Palmer are players who would fit well in the false 9? Both seem to score regularly
