I love seeing the young lads buzzing at the side of the pitch when we score. To me, little things like that show that they are very much comfortable in the team now, training every day. Sometimes you see the youngsters kind of indifferent as they don’t feel they truly belong there yet. Our lads are the opposite and it excites me.
