Did she mention sanctions? She just spoke about the Russian people, as several world leaders have done talking about the same thing.

I've said my piece on it I'm off out to have a few drinks. She's a fairly well known TV personality who not for the first time is behaving like an arrogant insensitive ****. You might find that acceptable I don't.

I think saying you cannot differentiate between ordinary Russian citizens and Putin and the military is insensitive to be honest.

I know she’s said stupid insensitive things in the past but she’s right there. She’s not calling for sanctions to stop, she’s just saying let’s not take it out on ordinary Russians, many of who are now in jail for protesting this.
 
I see the death toll of senior Russian officers is mounting. Putin demanding they go to the front line and get Russian troops moving forward. Trouble is they wear different uniforms and Ukrainian snipers take them out.
What a shame.

Actually, it is an antidote to blindly frothing at the mouth. Russia is acting appallingly, but reactions to it here need to be calmer than
some are showing; good decisions depend on it.
