Thomas Tuchel has been mentioned as the potential next manager of Manchester United, because of the state Chelsea are in, but will he look at it and think 'wow, this is a massive job, where do we start?'

It needs cleaning out. They need a scouting system, they need a youth system again. It is basically starting from scratch.

They have let themselves run and thought money would bail them out, and it hasn't.

They need to start from the beginning, get the right personnel in and you are talking years before they will be able to compete with Manchester City

My greatest fear is they read this thread. And realise how to fix their problems.

I think it's hilarious that all the Rag fans, Ex players, Pundits ect think that a "Top Manager" is going to turn things around! They are a complete shambles from top to bottom.

What's even funnier they've spent something like £1.2billion on that squad yet to still end up with Ronaldo, Cavani, Mata and Matic all finishing a Champions League last 16 game for them at a combined age of about 145 Haha

Best thing is, their clear out this summer is going to generate no funds, they'll all be leaving on a free and anybody else leaving will be given away. they'll free up a shed load of wage bill money so they can pay Ronaldo 2 million a week to stay and be the star of their noodles advert in Asia and the next mediocre signings can all demand 3-400k a week. Even if they nail everything they need to do, they're minimum half a decade away from us Liverpool and potentially Chelsea. Good Times ahead.

I’m not going to go in on them, I’m not going to swear at the players, I’m not going to waste my breath on them. He then spends 5 minutes doing all of that.
Blooming marvellous. Just imagine the scum is his life. 20 odd % of his life has been spent in absolute misery. Long may it continue.
